First principle: determine the viscosity of the combination of hard glue and soft glue. In addition, pay attention to that the melting point of hard glue is higher than that of soft glue. Do not melt the hard glue when forming soft glue.




1. The first shot: hard glue: pa66+ the second shot: soft glue: TPE is OK




2. The first shot: hard glue: pc/abs + the second shot: soft glue: the combination of PC is OK




3. The first shot: hard glue: pp+ the second shot: soft glue: the combination of TPU will not work, because PP material and TPU material are incompatible.






The second principle: confirm that the second shot soft glue and the first shot hard glue cannot fall off after forming.




1. The first shot of hard glue lies in the second shot of soft glue. When sealing, try to use a plane to seal the glue.




2. When sealing glue on the side or inclined top, try to steal 0.1~0.15mm glue at the hard glue sealing position, and use the mold steel position to seal the glue@ Finishing: dada fast work.






The third principle: Design in combination with the existing two-color machine of the company.




1. The normal type of two-color machine is double barrel side by side.




2. For an abnormal two-color machine, two barrels produce a 90 degree pattern, which is usually customized or secondary transformed.




3. If the inserts are put into injection molding, the vertical injection molding machine is normally used.






One note:




The shrinkage of hard glue and soft glue is uniformly scaled according to the shrinkage of hard glue.






Second note:




It takes four minutes for the mold guide post and related positioning mechanism, and the distance should be unified, because the side of the male mold is exactly the same in the mold design, and it needs to be rotated 180 degrees in the molding@ Finishing: dada fast work.






Three precautions:




For the first injection molding hard glue feeding point, we must use the three plate mold point feeding, or use the hot runner, because the male mold side is exactly the same, and the product needs to be ejected.






Fourth note:




1. The water path on the side of the male mold should be designed on the inside of the mold as much as possible, because the male mold side needs to be rotated 180 degrees. If the water path is on the outside, the water path is as loose as possible during the rotation of the mold, causing water leakage@ Finishing: dada fast work.




2. If the male formwork is connected, the waterway is designed on the open side, and the waterway is fixed on the rotating ring of the injection molding machine.






Fifth note:




When the first injection of hard glue is finished and the second injection of soft glue is required, the mold steel position on the soft glue side needs to be sealed together with the hard glue. In the case of soft glue sealing, the mold steel position needs to be made with an interference of 0.1~0.2mm. After t0 mold test, if it is found that the hard glue is crushed, fine adjustment can be made.






Sixth note:




1. Complete 3D for full inspection.




2. Rotate the rear mold 180 degrees, and then conduct a full inspection to see if there is interference.




3. Create the same part of the water pipe of the rear formwork, and then rotate it 180 degrees back and forth for inspection.
